This Christmas (2010), my parents gave us a generous gift of moolah! How wonderful a gift, but what good use do we put it to? There were so many places it could help us out financially and we were sooo grateful. I know my parents, though. They said we could use it however we pleased (even better!), but....I know they would like to see us indulge, just a little. So, the first thing we did (which has been an indulgence for us as well) was to pay off the remaining of my lingering surgery bills. Yea! What a relief to finally be done with it!
The second thing we did with it? We ordered our very first custom frame, for this lovely piece of work we snagged while in New York City...
At 3 foot by 5 foot it barely fit inside my car, with the backseats folded down, which got me wondering if it will be too big for our living room or hallway (our only two options in the entire house).
And I think it looks GREAT in it's new home...
